1. General terms and conditions

The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of products carried out by frizzante.shop to the consumer. The website  and related services are offered by:

By using the Website, you expressly accept our Terms of Sales, as well as all other rights and obligations stated on the website.

In order to be valid, each deviation to the present General Terms and Conditions must be a result of a mutual agreement that is recorded in writing.

Frizzante.shop reserves the right to amend and/or supplement the General Terms of Sales in the future.  Any future changes will have no effect on existing product orders and consequential sales contracts.

 

2. Offer

The online offer is presented as an invitation to purchase. Frizzante.shop is not bound by its online offer.  Frizzante.shop is doing its utmost to display all products as clearly as possible, by using photos, texts, prices etc. The colors of products seen on  www.frizzante.shop will depend on the monitor from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. An offer is only valid while stocks last, frizzante.shop  can’t guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case the item is not available, frizzante.shop will inform you by phone or email, if frizzante.shop is unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. In such case, all payments that have been made will be refunded within 14 days. No party will be entitled to claim any compensation due to this cancellation.

 

3. Ordering

To purchase a Product from frizzante.shop, the purchaser must complete our online ordering method. All orders placed on the websites will be confirmed by mail as confirmation of the agreement. The confirmation will include all information about the article, price, delivery rate etc. frizzante.shop reserves the right to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of previous orders.

 

4. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw his order or return the products within 14 days after reception of the goods by the consumer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods in their original packaged condition at your costs and at your own risk.  Only after the returned items have been received and approved by frizzante.shop, the amount of the purchase price will be refunded to the purchaser’s account within 14 days. Import taxes, customs duties, shipping costs will not be refunded, even if it is a partial return. The return will not be accepted and no repayment will be made if the product is not returned in the same condition (the hangtag should still be attached to the product, have no stains or any damage, perfume, odors and other) or shipping costs have not been paid.

If you want to return an order or part of your order, please send an email to info@frizzante.shop with your name and order number and the items you wish to return. You will receive instructions by mail to send back the goods.

 

5. Pricing

All prices towards consumers are indicated in Euro and include Belgian VAT. Shipment prices will be mentioned separately, if applicable. Discount codes can’t be combined with each other and only apply to full priced items.

Frizzante.shop has the right to change prices at any time but commit to apply the prices that were indicated on the website at the time of your order. Price changes that are due to changes in VAT will be borne by the purchaser.

 

6. Payment

Payment should take place using one of the payment methods offered on the webshop. The customer declares to only use payment cards or credit cards he/she is entitled to use and that there are sufficient funds for the payment to be made. The total cost of your items purchased plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to your credit card.


frizzante.shop shall only deliver the order as soon as it has received the full payment of all amounts owed by the Purchaser. Frizzante.shop always retains ownership of all products ordered until full payment of all amounts due under this Agreement has been made, regardless whether the delivery has already occurred.

If a purchaser wishes an invoice for professional reasons, please contact us via E-mail : info@frizzante.shop with your name (company name), address, order number and VAT number. We will send you an electronic invoice within 14 days.

 

7. Delivery

Frizzante.shop will process every order asap. We do our utmost to deliver your products within five (5) business days after the order confirmation.  However, this delivery period is purely indicative and we cannot give any guarantees in this respect. Frizzante.shop will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers.

When your order leaves the company, you will receive an e-mail. In case of delay of the delivery time or if we are not able to deliver the ordered product, we will send you a notification and you will have the right to cancel your order within 10 days after our notification. 

 

8. Complaint policy

Frizzante.shop  provides a two year right to complaint according to the Law of Sales covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The original invoice must always be included to confirm that the return is within this legal timeframe. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our company.

The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorized operations. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to info@frizzante.shop within 48 hours after taking receipt of the goods, by sending photos of the issue. Complaints in respect of hidden faults must be immediately notified to frizzante.shop by the customer within a period of 8 days after discovery, by an email to info@frizzante.shop. Frizzante.shop will respond to all complaints within 10-14 days depending on the nature of the problem. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: exchange or if agreed upon reimbursement.

 

9. Force Majeure

Force Majeure exists if frizzante.shop is, wholly or partially, prevented to accomplish its obligations towards the purchaser by circumstances beyond its control. In this case frizzante.shop is not obliged to fulfil its obligations. Frizzante.shop may suspend its obligations for the duration of the force majeure.
